Orders may be phoned, e-mailed, faxed or posted. Please use product codes, description of product(s) and specify any special requirements when ordering. An official order number is required before we are able to dispatch goods.

Goods are shipped via recorded delivery, next day special delivery (by 1pm) next day special delivery (by 9am) or courier. Delivery charges for goods under 2kg vary according to weight, please enquire. Delivery charge for goods over 2kg is £9.50.

For UK customers, VAT is applied to all invoices unless zero rated or accompanied by a VAT exemption certificate.
